Initial Consultation: Let’s Get Together! We will help you understand the process, and outline your next steps.

Price, Condition, Location: Using a detailed Comparative Market Analysis, we will show you everything going on in your neighborhood, and help set the ideal price for attracting the most serious buyers to get your home SOLD. We will also guide you with preparing your home to market: staging, repairs, helping to address any issues that may arise during the home inspection process.

Listing and Marketing Your Home: When you are ready, we will create a marketing plan tailored to you, to ensure you receive the most exposure to ready, willing, and able buyers.

Communication: Clear communication is kind. We will update you at minimum weekly, and are available 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm. You will hear from us frequently!

Offers and Negotiations: We will present offers as soon as they are received, and walk you through the most important parts of the contract to make sure you have full understanding. We will negotiate on your behalf, to ensure you get the best deal possible.

Pending: Once you are under contract, we will manage all the details, providing you with a clear understanding of all important dates and expectations, ensuring a smooth transaction.

Closing: Your home selling journey concludes with the successful sale of your home. It’s CLOSED! We will handle the final steps and paperwork, working closely with title, so you can focus on what’s important.
