Kristy was incredible from start to finish. I actually tracked her down months after our first meeting just to make sure we could work with her—and I’m so glad I did. We were buying from out of state and needed someone who could be our eyes on the ground. Kristy was lightning-fast to get to homes, do video or FaceTime tours, and give us her honest take on how each one fit our needs. She was direct and practical—clearly guiding us on where to stay firm and where we could flex—and she advocated fiercely for us through a competitive offer process. Spoiler alert: we won… and still paid under listing. Through closing, Kristy handled everything—inspections, negotiations, follow-ups—like a pro. After we closed, she even volunteered her boys to help us move! Buying with her felt like buying with a friend, and we can’t recommend her enough. And it’s not just us—every painter, inspector, and vendor we worked with knew Kristy and sang her praises. Her reputation in OKC is outstanding, and after working with her, I can say with confidence that it’s absolutely earned. We 100% recommend Kristy and can’t wait to work with her again on our next property.

Kristy genuinely enjoys helping people find the right home. Her exceptional communication and problem solving skills provided excellent support navigating the process. She was very resourceful in providing information that allowed us to access and analyze situations that arose so that we could make informed decisions. We used Kristy to purchase a home as well as sell a home. I would highly recommend her.

Kristy was selected after interviewing quite a few agents. We quickly found we had an extremely knowledgeable and experienced professional sitting with us and decided to work with her. It was a terrific decision! Constantly in communication for major questions or minor inquiries. She zeroed in on what we were looking for after getting key information from us and went to work. She willingly showed us houses on our schedule, not ever making us feel like she was fitting us in. Quite the opposite, it was always as if we were the only people she was working with. She has a wonderful reputation and was able to get us great general inspectors and had contacts for pretty much anything we talked about needing for the new house. The process we went through took a fair amount of negotiation on one deal that fell through after inspections. The next one she basically was having to do all the work since the seller's agent was MIA for most of the transaction. Kristy maintained a professional and optimistic demeaner throughout and we now have our forever home. She is one in a million and we highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

Kristy was truly a gem. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated her patience and guidance throughout the process. She treated us like family while touring homes and always pointed out important details, such as windows that might need replacement or potential foundational and flooding concerns. Even after closing, when we couldn’t locate the water valve in our new home, she came over to help and even reached out to the listing realtor on our behalf. Kristy was always available—whether it was evenings, weekends, Memorial Day, or even Father’s Day—and we are so grateful for her dedication and support.

Kristy is a consummate professional. She knows how to execute a deal, she knows the market and she understands how to navigate a complex market in a fair and unbiased manner. She has always been someone that we can rely on to be an honest advocate, a skilled negotiator, and a local expert. While we will always respect her for her professional bearing, we genuinely love her and consider her family for her honesty and her drive to help us achieve our goals. Kristy was amazing. we had the worst buyers and she handled them and their agent professionally and made sure we were taken care of. Since we were out of town, she arranged all the repairs and made sure we only used the best vendors, she went way above and beyond.
